Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.     

Exchange is chargeable at ₹249 to cover the delivery costs, packaging and remaking charges as all our products are made on order.

Non-returnable items include:

Custom or personalized products Made-to-order products Discounted or sale items                                                                                                                                                                 

Process for Returns & Exchanges

Email us at tuamia_customercare@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return/exchange.

Once approved, ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service.

After inspection, we will process your exchange, store credit, or refund (as applicable).

 Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
